- In its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Our customer service team will provide you with instructions and the return address. Please do not send back items without return authorization.
3. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

- Items not returned in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refund Method

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order details for faster processing. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- For errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
